Two Cases of Acute Febrile Neutrophilic Dermatosis

Abstract
|
|
|
We present two cases of acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis developed in 42-year old woman and 53-year old man.
The lesions in the female patient was associated with upper respiratory tract infection. After 15 days of treatment with prednisolone, the skin lesions were improved.
The lesions in the male patient was in acute myelogenous leukemia. After 20 days of admission, the skin lesions was improved during treatment and exacerbated during not treated periods, he died of pneumonia in spite of anticancer therapy.
